By installing or using the Chat Organizer Chrome Extension ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service.
2. Description of Service
Chat Organizer provides tools to organize, export, and manage ChatGPT conversations. The Service is provided "as is" and is not affiliated with OpenAI or ChatGPT.
3. User Accounts
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and device. You are fully responsible for all activities that occur exclusively on your local device or under your synced account.
4. Subscriptions and Refunds
Pro Plans: Certain features require a paid subscription ("Pro Plan"). The Pro Plan license is valid for 6 months from the date of purchase. Payments are processed via Razorpay.
5. Limitation of Liability
In no event shall Chat Organizer or its developers be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your use of the Service.

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify users of any significant changes by posting the new Terms on this page.
