The Extension operates primarily on your local device. We collect only limited, non-personal data required to operate and improve the product.

  • Anonymous installation identifier (randomly generated)
  • Extension settings and preferences (stored locally)
  • License status (Free or Pro)
  • Anonymous usage events (e.g., project created, export completed)
  • Extension version and browser type

We do NOT collect:

  • ChatGPT conversation content
  • Messages, prompts, or responses
  • Project names or user-entered text
  • Personally identifiable information (name, email, address)
  • Passwords or authentication credentials

3. Local Data Storage

All organizational data and preferences are stored locally using Chrome’s chrome.storage API. This data remains on your device unless you manually clear it or uninstall the Extension.

4. Analytics & Telemetry

We use PostHog to collect anonymous usage analytics. This helps us understand which features are used and improve the Extension’s performance and usability.

Data sent to PostHog is anonymous and contains only event names and non-identifying metadata.

5. Payments

Payments are processed by Razorpay. We do not store or process your credit card or payment details. All transactions are handled securely by Razorpay.

6. Data Sharing

We do not sell, trade, or rent user data. Anonymous analytics data is shared only with PostHog for the purposes described above.

7. Your Rights

You may delete all locally stored data at any time by uninstalling the Extension or clearing your browser data.

8. Children’s Privacy

This Extension is not intended for use by children under the age of 13 and does not knowingly collect data from children.
