By default, Chat Organizer operates locally on your device. Your ChatGPT conversations, folders, tags, and notes are stored within your browser's local storage. We do not have access to this data unless you explicitly enable Cloud Sync.

Cloud Sync (Optional)

If you choose to use our Cloud Sync feature to synchronize your data across multiple devices, encrypted copies of your organized metadata (folders, tags) will be stored on our secure servers. We use industry-standard encryption to ensure your data remains private.

3. Third-Party Services

Payments

We use Razorpay to process payments. We do not store your credit card details or financial information. All payment transactions are handled directly by Razorpay's secure payment gateway.

Analytics

We may collect anonymous usage statistics (e.g., number of features used) to help us improve the application. This data is aggregated and cannot be used to identify you personally.

4. Data Sharing

We do not sell, trade, or rent your personal identification information to others. We do not share your ChatGPT conversation data with third parties, including OpenAI, beyond the standard functionality required for the extension to operate within the ChatGPT interface.
